"It was our best hotel experience in Sicily so far. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Art Deco style. I highly recommend a room with sea view because the sunset from the balcony is super romantic. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with both buffet and à la carte options (not included). "Stayed all over Sicily on this trip and the Ortega Palace was by far the best hotel experience. The room was superb (Junior Suite) and the hospitality service was fantastic. We were greeted at check in by what seemed to be our own personal check in assistant, shown to our room and she did not leave until we were happy with the accommodations (we were).
