"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered recommendations for the area as well as nearby towns to visit. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her....

"Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade von Poolzimmer auf ein Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse bekommen, das war sehr nett. Das Hotel hat eine interessante Lage zwischen dem Strand und der Altstadt von Noto, sehr ruhig inmitten eines wunderschönen Gartens mit duftenden Zitronenbäumen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, überdachtes Parken ohne Probleme. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren perfekt, beides sehr lecker mit gutem Service. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen."

"I loved this hotel. It’s right next to the gate into the historic section of Noto. It’s either brand new or recently remodeled. Everything is up to date. There’s an elevator and a rooftop terrace. I stayed three nights. Breakfast is made to order. I left a bag at a restaurant and a hotel staff member went and got it for me! I would absolutely stay again. "

"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was ! It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. Little to see in Avola - sea front area was ok but little there due to time of year. Room...

"Spent two nights at San Carlo Suites. The location of the property is fantastic - right in the middle of it all. The breakfast was wonderful, with fresh items, plenty of variety and coffee made to order. I would stay at San Carlo Suites again!"
