"Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding… "

"Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "

"Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, the breakfast was also delicious! Great location and within walking distance to the centre of Noto. Communication with them prior too and during our stay was exceptional and they were very accommodating. All staff were super friendly and welcoming! "We had two ‘Comfort Rooms’ and our whole stay was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. We were formally welcomed by the owner add seen to our rooms which were really lovely, spacious, modern and very well presented with a lovely bottle of wine. The facilities around the complex were very clean, secure, privates and the pool area was good size and fabulous! Breakfast was very varied from choices of cereal, cheeses, eggs, bacon to whole range of yummy cakes! All the staff were GREAT! very polite, happy to help and always smiling! The beautiful sandy beaches of Avola are 10mins drive away. The whole stay was FABULOUS and can’t rate the place high enough, other to say I travelled the whole of Sicily and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family -Go experience it and enjoy your time in Avila, Noto, Siracusa and all the other surrounding towns. "
