Its an absolutely beautiful location and the pool and spa are better than the lodge. The room was lovely and huge and they provided some great basics (e.g. dish soap). Like all hospitality, service was up and down (took 4 asks to get a hairdryer) but Irma in the resturant was amazing. Keep in mind you can't room service but they do a great job sorting out food to take away.

The Grand America hotel is always a relaxing experience and a great place to stay when we pass through SLC. Our room was beautifully designed with many lovely touches. The staff are all very friendly and professional.

This hotel was perfect for a stay in SLC. Great value for money and super modern and clean. We stayed on a Saturday night and the rooftop bar was vibing!
Only complaint was there was a free breakfast on floor 2 which we only found out about when we checked out (which was too late as we had to get to our flight).
