"Our stay was 100% amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of beauty and comfort with a variety of fantastic dining options right on-site. We found our room to be incredibly clean, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed with high-end amenities—including a truly great shower that made all the difference. While every corner of the property is impressive, the fireplace (hearth) rooms were a personal favorite, providing the ultimate cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. We only stayed for a short time, but we will definitely be back soon to "chill" for more than just a night or two!"

"The roomy smelled of mold. Turning on the AC did not alleviate the odor. I should’ve asked for a different room but it was late and I hope for better the next morning. Instead I started to get lightheaded, dizzy with head congestion. I thought I was coming down with sickness so I went to bed early. The neat morning, the toilet did not flush properly. I called to have it repaired or switch me to a different room. Someone came to “repair” it. But when I returned later in the day, the toilet still didn’t flush. So I called the desk to ask to switch to a different room. I was given a room on the same floor and was able to transfer my things easily enough. The new room had better air quality and symptoms I felt in the first room had improved. I went to bed for the night, but was awakened by a loud party in the next room. By 3:30A I resigned to a sleepless night. The next day, I checked out. "

"Lovely place to stay. The room was a little warm for my liking and the thermostat didn’t seem to do anything. Had it set to 64 and the room stayed about 73 the whole time. Otherwise it was great. Friendly staff and nice environment. "
