"The roomy smelled of mold. Turning on the AC did not alleviate the odor. I should’ve asked for a different room but it was late and I hope for better the next morning. Instead I started to get lightheaded, dizzy with head congestion. I thought I was coming down with sickness so I went to bed early. The neat morning, the toilet did not flush properly. I called to have it repaired or switch me to a different room. Someone came to “repair” it. But when I returned later in the day, the toilet still didn’t flush. So I called the desk to ask to switch to a different room. I was given a room on the same floor and was able to transfer my things easily enough. The new room had better air quality and symptoms I felt in the first room had improved. I went to bed for the night, but was awakened by a loud party in the next room. By 3:30A I resigned to a sleepless night. The next day, I checked out. "

"Breakfast was the same 3 days in a row. Oatmeal was cool and very lumpy. The fruit was all mushy. We did not use the pool. Frayed carpets, blinking lights "

"Hotel fairly new, very clean, hallways smell clean, nice welcome gift, room clean and roomy, bed had a nice soft mattress topper, comfortable bed and soft pillows, clean bathroom, reasonable breakfast, good parking, good shopping nearby, 5 minutes from Concordia Theological Seminary. The only bad thing is there is a noisey highway right next door, but it did not bother our sleep. We will be back!"

"The room was decently clean, but the stairwells smelled of cigarettes and dog waste. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft enough."

"The room we stayed in was clean, everything was neat. Expedia showed that they had breakfast in the morning, however they do not serve any breakfast. There is a breakfast/dinner restaurant there, but the prices are insane. Regardless, the stay was fine for what we needed it to be. There are some fast food places around that you can walk to (dominos, rallys, etc). You have to pay $7 for parking, even though Expedia said parking was included, but it’s not. They have you use the public parking garage attached to them, which is $7 a day, not sure if you have to pay every time you go in and out though, we only stayed one night. The pool was small, but surprisingly nobody was in it. It looks pretty clean from standing above it, but if you go underwater then you’ll see it needs a good cleaning. The gym is what it is, it’s a hotel gym, so bare minimum but enough to do what you need to do. The staff seemed nice, didn’t have any issues there. Overall, compared to the other hotels in the area, this one is fine and I would stay there again if I had too. Just don’t expect anything extra from this place."
