heating element had gone out ~ she was able to get me jacuzzi suite for the same price as my deluxe! First shift Miss was awesome as well brewing a fresh pot of coffee and finding us some sweetener because all that was out was regular sugar (and my husband is diabetic). Highly recommend! "
