2/10 Terrible

"Checked in very late which was greatly appreciated, but hotel reeked of cigarettes. Was only there a few hours and left due to the odor of cigarettes and other guests smoking in hallways throughout the few hours I was there. Didn’t get any rest. I wasn’t able to get a refund, even though I reserved a nonsmoking room, manager on duty said they do not have those available at this location, but Wasn’t told this upon check in. He was polite and apologetic."

"We reserved this room for a 3 day stay. I thought it odd when we checked in that the agent informed us of a $100 security deposit and upon check out may take up to 5 days for reimbursement. That is pretty much standard so I didn't give it a 2nd thought. The room was clean but we had issues with a noisy air conditioner and maintenance was only able to reduce the rattling noise it made by 50%. On the 2nd day the sink stopper was stuck and again had to have maintenance repair it. Sleep quality was poor due to the noise of the a/c and freeway noise. We checked out on time and returned home. I checked our visa account the following day and it showed a $100 credit from Days Inn & Suites. It has now been 9 days since we checked out and my visa account now show's the $100 credit was revoked from this hotel. No explanation. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this transaction. We travel regularly and will not no longer use this hotel chain, Day's Inn & Suites by Wyndam, again."

"Absolutely horrible experience. The room was filthy from the moment we walked in. There was blood on the curtains, gum shoved into the door hole, sticky floors, and the entire room felt dirty and poorly maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the AC barely worked, making the room miserably hot all night. to make matters totally worse they charged us $100 deposit fee for a disgusting room when the room itself wasn’t 100 dollars. What made the stay even worse was the staff. They were rude and repeatedly walked into our room THREE separate times before checkout, even after we yelled “we’re in here, please don’t come in.” It was completely disrespectful and made us very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone."
