We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and we’re here for four nights in September
It is a converted industrial building which brings great charm and character to the property
As a European I found the room sizes on a par with many I have stayed in around Europe , although I appreciate they are on the small size when compared to the typical American chain hotel
The staff were very helpful and polite and that are two restaurants on site and lots of options within walking distance

Nice little find, the staff were unfailingly excellent.
Our room was large and we also had a massage chair that was fantastic to have a drink and watch the World Cup from. I felt like Joey and Chandler in Friends.
There was no breakfast but I think you could pay $25 for one. We went Aldi which was a couple of blocks away to stock up on brekkie
There was a nice gym to get a sweat on and as it was set in a uni campus outside of term time it was quiet.
Transport wise we could walk 10 mins to...

Apartment was clean and gave us everything we needed for our stay, its proximity to the museums and also food and shopping was excellent. Our only complaint was that the shower did not have a good height for myself and my son we are both over 6 foot tall and the water pressure was not great.

Friendly staff, comfy room, and nice area near the train station, metro and DC attractions. Next door is a proper pub that stays open after midnight, great to unwind in there with a couple of drinks before going to bed. If Im ever in DC again Ill look for a room here first

Really great hotel with a boutique feel, affordable and in an excellent location for the National Mall area. The staff are lovely and so helpful, got some great recommendations from Cara when we checked in. Didn't eat at the hotel but the pizza kitchen was very popular and the food looked good, the roof top bar was fun even on a miserable January evening so can imagine it's great in the summer.
