Overall, we had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient. The only minor challenge was figuring out the building's access system during check-in, which was a little confusing at first. However, once we got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Revel. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.The balcony was also a plus. The only minor hiccup that I have is the fact that the water pressure in the bathroom shower and sink was very low but other than that everything else was great. I will definitely be staying there again when I visit the DC area!

The check-in and overall process were smooth. Anytime there was an issue or concern, we were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help resolve it quickly. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place! The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops and places nearby, and parking wasn’t too bad at all. Overall, we had a great experience! ❤️

Spacious and clean suite. Best to read up on the property just to have reasonable expectations. It is not equipped as a hotel and the kitchen has no pantry items. Very sparse amenities-one thin soap bar, one box of travel size tide for washing clothes, no bottled water, no cleaning liquids-except for travel size dish liquid and one package of individual usage dish washer powder. The washer/dryer is perfect. Clean and easy to operate. No telephone within the suite. Otherwise, it’s a safe environment within the dwelling and the neighborhood. Many great places to eat. It’s a place I’d return to if visiting DC in the future.

I appreciate that the service apt is spotless when I checked in. All the facilities are in good working order. The location is so convenient- close to supermarkets, restaurants, metro and train station. The location also is clean and safe. The building has good security, access is easy and I can just use my Apple Watch to unlock the elevator and door. This is my 3rd stay here. Looking forward to 2027 summer. I will definitely return again for my summer staycation.

The place was very clean. Good location but you have to make sure the subway and train noises won't bother you. We didn't have a problem with it. Laundry in unit was nice. I paid extra for the "luxury" 2-bedroom but there was nothing luxurious about it. What was I being charged more for? The beds were terrible, not luxury at all; they probably came from Ikea. That is my only real complaint, the beds, very cheap and not comfortable. People were all nice. Good restaurants nearby, etc.

The apartment was great for our family. Very convenient for taking the metro daily. Ted Bulletin’s restaurant being close was awesome! We enjoyed the pool. No pool towels, so I’m glad we brought our own laundry detergent to do a load of towels. WiFi wasn’t great, but it worked. Also pretty convenient to the grocery. We had a wonderful time!

Great location. Spacious apartment. Very new appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was perfect. Appeared very safe and well protected. The gym was out of this world. Nice rooftop pool. Very helpful roaming staff.

Room was decently clean, very surface level though. I wish they provided more toiletries for longer stays. The check-in process was pretty easy, and access to the apartment was very straight forward. The water pressure in our room was absolutely terrible, however. Would stay here again because the location was perfect.
