"He loved it here! First off the staff is incredible. They go out of their way, which is so rare to see in a hotel. It is insanely beautiful and so affordable for such a gorgeous property. It was a gem and I hope to go back soon! My husband and I even had a little dinner in the bar restaurant after our festival and it was wonderful."

"The rooms are nice, with very high ceilings, making them bright and open. The breakfast was very good, but the unyielding shut-off of breakfast time was off-putting at best and quite wasteful with full trays of buffet food made inaccessible immediately as the breakfast timeframe closed. The spirit Shirley is not reasonably staffed or scheduled to be reliable and helpful. The wait and communication on the arrival was very frustrating and the shuttle was full for the departure, so not usable. If a very large hotel is offering airport Shirley service, it needs to accommodate its guests with more efficiency."
