"Excellent hotel with wonderful service from staff and the location is amazing. Close to metro station and famous Nanjing east road . Buffet breakfast is very good and room is nice and quite also very comfortable. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I will book again when visiting Shanghai next time."

"Hotel was beautiful, and the view from the room of the Pearl and TV Tower was stunning. Staff very helpful and professional. Not all of the staff will speak brilliant English, but that's not to be expected, and easily managed with use of Google Translate. All areas were very clean, beds were comfortable, and housekeeping very efficient. The surrounding area doesn't have as many restaurants or bars as across the river, but the Metro is easily accessible and very cheap. Excellent shopping within a 5 minute walk at Super Brand Mall. Area felt very safe at night (two female travellers)."
