The only annoying thing was that we weren't able to check in until 4:45pm (even though it states check in was at 4pm, which is already later than most hotels). Makai Club Resort
The room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is quiet and peaceful. We will stay there again.

Hanalei Bay Resort
When we were upgraded to a nicer room due to the poor conditions of the room, we were given our stay was much more enjoyable.
