"The Cannon Beach Hotel was built in. 1914, and retains its historic charm. The staff is extremely gracious and helpful, Maya made our stay feel more like we were having a home visit. We stayed in the Premium Queen room and it was lovely. Just an FYI, the room does not have a refrigerator or microwave so make appropriate plans. The walk to the beach and Haystack Rock is about 10 minutes. Make sure to watch a sunset. The Alchemy Lounge is inside the same building and offers an expansive list of liquors. They have good food options to enjoy with drinks."

"Feedback Regarding My Recent Stay Dear Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at your establishment. While I truly appreciated the beautiful view, which was absolutely stunning and a highlight of my visit, I did encounter a few concerns during my stay. The furniture appeared to be quite old and unfortunately emitted an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the carpet had a noticeable smell that was somewhat off-putting. The bathrooms were very small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Lastly, there was no extra storage available for personal belongings, which was inconvenient. I wanted to share these observations to help improve the overall experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and again, I must emphasize how much I loved the view. "Amazing location with unobstructed water views and beach access. Easily accessible to restaurants within Lincoln City. The restaurant staff of, Mist, on the same property, was super accommodating for our group and staff there were so kind."

"The hotel is outdated but not horrible. The main issue was the pool. When we take our family on vacation our kids favorite part is the pool. However, the pool experience here with children is HORRIBLE!!! They have NO seating around the pool and don’t allow chairs to be brought inside. No kids under 14 are allowed in the hot tub even if there isn’t a single other person in the pool area and they spy on you and come and tell you to get your kids out of the hot tub. It was March when we went and it was cold outside. When the kids got done swimming they were cold and asked if they could warm up in the hot tub before going outside and getting colder. I told them to just sit calmly for a few minutes in the hot tub. Within 30 seconds the front desk person came in and told me to get my kids out of the hot tub. There wasn’t a single other person there and they were just sitting there calmly. To top it off they won’t allow you to take the pool towels back to your room. So, you’re cold and have no towel on the way back to your room. I would NEVER stay here again! It is not family friendly. "
