"Room was bright and clean. Lots to do on resort if weather cooperates. However minimal indoor common areas if weather doesn’t cooperate. Great place. Probably one of the best in key largo "

"I got there after 10 o’clock and the office was closed. I had to call the hotel. They had me check in at another location. Parking was overcrowded and I had to park in another lot."

"Toilet clogged went to front desk night shift lady said there was nothing she could do until morning crew comes in . I offered to do it myself and she said that she could not find a plunger…. She was extremely rude !!"

"Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. "
