"I don’t want to be greeted by front desk staff with a surly or unfriendly attitude. I don’t want to be treated as just another customer—I want to be treated as a valued guest. What I expect to see is a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Please provide your front desk staff with proper training on how to welcome and interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner."

"I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to American Dream Mall and honestly didn’t expect much. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Although it’s a small hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient, the shuttle is a god sent (especially for people like me who don’t drive)and it worked out perfectly for our trip. I would definitely stay here again."

"Had a flat tire the evening before check-in. Holiday weekend, so I could not get it replaced before the next day in the evening. I missed the cancellation window by less than one day. Wouldn't let me cancel for a refund, move the date, or extend any credit of any sort. Buyer beware. Sad part is we are still planning a trip to the area but we will never book with Hyatt again."
