The staff were all polite and helpful, the suite was spacious and comfortable, the spa facility and pool was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of cuisines (all delicious). The hotel is in the middle of a bustling area, but it felt like safe and secure oasis. "

All staff were friendly and professional. Rooms and all communal spaces were spotless. Our car to the airport was already waiting for us as we came down to check out. This will be our first choice hotel if we need to stay near the airport again. Well done to the Aloft Team and thank you for a short but wonderful stay. "

"Staff at restaurant great. Check in ok but not friendly. Phones in room not working, informed the staff but no action taken. Requested a USB as mine stopped charging, was told they would send it but never arrived. For the rates that they are charging the attention to guest needs are lacking. "
