"The airport shuttle was very easy to find, once I arrived I called the hotel and they gave me a very detailed explanation as to where I could find the shuttle and it was quick and easy. Getting to the hotel the staff was very kind and they helpful in answering our questions and recommending things around the area."

The staff were very friendly & answered my questions about parking garage (not affiliated to hotel but attached) Very convenient location just a block from Nationwide Arena & entertainment district and attached to Convention Center. The Bar and Cafe was beautiful and the breakfast was top notch! We will stay here again! "

"The check-in process was smooth and simple. I appreciate that especially since it was late at 10pm and check out at 3 am was just as smooth. The staff was friendly and no one bothered me during my stay to clean the room, trying to get in around my schedule. The beds are soft and oversized like a cloud. I had jet lag and slept so well. "
