"Outside of building needs some serious help. Shrubbery, Exterior repair, etc. The pool was closed. We did notice the whole pool area also needs some help. The hotel rooms, great staff, cleanliness, and common areas were very well representative of the high standard I’ve come to enjoy from Hyatt. Operations Manager (Jason) was also present and professional."

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"We loved everything about this place! Totally upscale with down to earth staff who were ready to help with anything. We enjoyed walking to a restaurant close by and then did some shopping - all on foot! A total 10/10!"

"My expectations were definitely not met with this Sheraton location. After years of staying at many Sheratons through Michigan, Ohio, Georgia and Florida, this location was not what I'm used to. Upon arrival, the front desk attendants were more concerned about their personal issues than helping me check in. I waited in silence for a couple minutes while they did whatever they were doing and didn't acknowledge my presence. The room lacked in many areas. King size bed with standard pillows, requested additional pillows, still standard. None of the pillows matched in thickness or softness and one was totally as hard as a rock. Splatters of unknown substance on the walls in the bedroom. Fridge in the room was missing it's front two feet, causing it to lean so far forward that you couldn't open the door without hitting the cabinet or the floor. Lighting control was all over the place. Shower was nice but the shower head was a water saver dinky shower head. AC fan was extremely loud but lacked in actually cooling the room - seemed like airflow was blocked and needed a new filter. Major amount of accumulated dust on the AC vents. Room was remodeled, but floor had obvious areas where screws/nails were about to pop through. Curtain for main window was ripped and missing a pull bar for closing. On top of all this, breakfast wasn't included, but $15 a person for breakfast."
