The hotel had no working pool and not listed on site as working. TV was broken and I did not want to move rooms at 12AM. Microwave was unsafe. No outlets. Everything was unplugged. I had to unplug something to plug coffee maker or microwave. Room had spots on carpet and bathroom. Bed comforter had a yellow stain.

Charged my card 5 times. Cold water whole stay, had a stink bug in my room with an ant, my neighbor had ants & another girl had roaches in her room. Couldn’t even shower cause the water was so cold & I missed my events I was supposed to go to. & wasn’t offered a refund or a percentage back for ANY of this.

If you are looking to stay in this area, this is a great place to just skip over. Not in the greatest of areas. The place looks like it is under construction. The front desk was unattended when I arrived. Took over ten minutes for someone to even help us. Just had the urge to say no way and go elsewhere. The hallway is in disrepair. Tiles missing in the ceiling paint is in sad shape.. room looks like your friend gave you a deal and did a poor job. Bathroom tub has peeling paint on the bottom and insects in it. Half the lights don’t work. If you want a quiet evening good luck!

This was absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences that anyone could go through. Hotel has roaches which the staff continue to deny. We definitely had to check out immediately and then the staff was nasty and spiteful.
