The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Beautifully presented, fresh and always topped up. A great range of quality drinks as well. 10.00 am finish, so plenty of time for a lie in.

Booked for the prosecco tasting and a sleep over. The hotel was clean and comfortable with stunning views over the vineyards. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and you need to book the prosecco tasting to enjoy the passion and stories from Marco.

Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend.
There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything.
Only down side to hotel was that you had to pay to go in the spa (€25...

Located on the mainland and not the islands, but ideal if you need parking and prefer day trips in. €20 for a day pass which includes bus & tram to the islands (30 minutes and very easy) and also includes water taxis all day. The local area is also loaded with amazing restaurants which are much, much cheaper than the islands and possibly some of the best food I have ever had!
The hotel itself is amazing. Pool and gardens are amazing and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable....

Hotel, organised transfers to and from airport, incredibly efficient both instances,
Check in very fast, reception took us to our great room.
We asked for assistance with reservations and site seeing and the staff were always willing to assist
Excellent service in bar and cafe,
An expensive hotel, but you get what they advertise withiut exception,
Absolutely brilliant.
Pity more hotels were not like this

Three nights and four days in Venice made all the sweeter for staying at this fabulous hotel.
Beautiful room for 3, with en-suite shower room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Good selection of hot and cold food offered for breakfast, setting us up for the day.
The décor of the hotel is amazing - just like Venice itself.
The staff were attentive and helpful without being pushy.
Close to lovely bars, shops and restaurants but very quiet at night. Right next to a vaporetto stand. Only a...

staying at Ai Pini for our Venice visit was the best choice we made. It is very close to airport Marco Polo as well as very easy to get in to the Venice. Staff was excellent from the moment of arrival to the leaving. They would help you with any of your needs with very high care. The first day we were late and the the Hotel Restaurant was closed. But the reception staff spoke to the restaurant and served us with some snacks and refreshments. The staff offer the best advise to get around the...

I really enjoyed the stay. The owners/team were just wonderful and welcoming. The entrance was a little confusing to find as it's not signposted, but they did send me instructions before I arrived. I would definitely stay here again, and thank you to the team for being so welcoming.

Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted, shown a delightful room and coffee was brought up, even though there was coffee making facilities in the room. On the way to our room we were also acknowledged and greeted by a member of staff who as dealing with the laundry. This level of courtesy never diminished throughout our stay. Advice and directions were given freely by very well trained and polite staff

From the moment we arrived at The Gritti Palace we were treated like royalty. From the second you arrive at the canal entrance of the hotel you know it's going to be special. It's the most beautiful and imposing, gothic building with a private terrace perched on the canal which belongs on the Cote d'azure. Perfect for lunch and dinner, or just an afternoon drink. The staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble.

We stayed at the JW Marriott for 4 days and loved every minute. It's a beautiful, clean hotel 20 minutes by boat shuttle service from Venice. The staff can't do enough to help and never said 'no' to any of our requests. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and looked forward to our breakfast each morning. Sitting outside, looking at the trees and sea in the distance with a crisp fresh croissant and a cappuccino was the perfect start to our day. Food was of a high quality, always hot and fresh....

The hotel is in a lovely residential area with good bars and restaurants which are not touristy. You can experience the real Venice here and yet you are close enough to get to the centre.

Amazing location, our room was upgraded without asking, no problem with extending our checkout time, friendly and most helpful staff. Breakfast could be taken on a terrace garden overlooking the grand canal, what more could you ask for.
