"This is a very nice place. We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was great but needed to work more on communication. The letter in the room stated breakfast until 10:30 am and to leave the keys in the dorm. When we got to the reception the check out date we learned that breakfast was until ten, but in the other hotel, until 10:30 [ there are three hotels together]. The key was supposed to get back to the reception, but was okay since they just changed the rules. We charge our car at their...

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. Other hotel users were quiet and the room we had was quiet and we had a good sleep. Bus stops for either direction nearby and parking at the hotel if using your own transport. A taxi from the airport to it is cheaper than using the hotel transport. A bar near by but didnt ask or notice any other eating places near. "

"I enjoyed my stay here. From the moment you enter the staff is amicable and help you with anything you need, e.g. taxi, bar, restaurant appointment. The room I got was on the ground floor and it had an area to go outside. The whole place was quiet and lovely. They also have bikes to rent and and an area to ride them alongside the river. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and one beside it, it is about 15 from the Venice airport but overall it was enjoyable. "

"The hotel is less than a five minute walk from the trains, which I promise you is critical as we saw many struggling through the streets with their suitcases. Our check in experience was fantastic and the staff are very kind, with helpful recommendations. They have luggage storage on site which provides a great piece of mind. "I like this hotel, big uncovered parking free of payment. My room was clean and comfortable. 15 minutes to bus station to Venezia. Pleasure stay. The restaurant is not to my taste, better to get breakfast or dinner somewhere from TheFork app. But staying in Belstay Venezia Hotel I really recommend."

"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "
