From the moment I arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful — from the front desk team to the housekeepers, and especially the waitress at the on-site restaurant. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The room and entire property were incredibly clean, which made the stay all the more comfortable. Another huge plus — kids eat free at the hotel’s on-site restaurant! That made meals super convenient and budget-friendly for families. Between the outstanding customer service, spotless environment, and family-friendly perks, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Virginia Beach. I’ll definitely be staying here again!"
