"Hotel staff are friendly. Helped with transport arrangements to WuZhen. Hotel room is modern, clean and comfortable. Good location and surrounded by nearby shops and restaurants. "
"Excellent location, steps away from West Lake and the famous Wulin night market. There are numerous restaurant options and the hotel staff were very professional "
"Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room."
"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "
"This is a pretty good apartment hotel. Convenient location, full of shopping and dinning choices, walking distance to the west lake. The price is a bargain for three adults for a room."
"The hotel is very good for the Price and the staff is good. Be careful, as the entrance of the hotel is poorly marked. It is not on Jiaochang Road, but on a cross street 240 meters from the indicated location, on Jinjiling Road."

"Would definitely stay here again. Near the pedestrian street of shopping and food. Room was nice and clean with comfy bed and automatic curtains and toilet. Shower was strong and I appreciated the free laundry in the basement and the available coffee and tea in the lobby.
Only drawbacks are fine for me, but may not be for light sleepers is the wall is paper thin, and you can hear muffled conversations in the next room. I had earplugs so it was fine.
Also, Elder customers may have trouble with the step up to the sink and the step up to the toilet sections Again fine for me, but not necessarily for my parents if they stayed there"
"Big clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Hotel is in a mall with many shops and dining options. What more can you ask for from a hotel when on vacation. Perfect!"
"I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though."
