Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake East by IHG
Lots of inexperienced staffs. Service are in average standards. Room cleaning is not detail, always has shortages in the refill. Breakfast is good. Noisy, kids are playing around in the rear side of the lobby and the restaurant.

Mercure Hangzhou West Lake
Location is good, 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, hotel staff were good, didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but room was very comfortable. Would stay again.
