I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though.

原只因為價格低廉且附早餐而選擇這家旅店，抵達後才發現距離地鐵站比預想得近，且距西湖極近，晚上的燈光與清晨湖光山色都十分宜人。旅店前便是夜市但並不喧囂。走出岳王路有赴機場的大巴，甚方便。

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen und nahe am See gelegen. Auch das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr umfangreich. Das Hotel selbst ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The family room has two storeys. The double bed was on second floor making it difficult for elderly to climb up the stair. As the stairs has no lights on it, it is dangerous for them to go to the toilet during night time. Very spacious, however the toilet seems to have unpleasant odour.

Location is perfect. Behind the hotel(left at parking lot), there is a street with lots of shops for local people. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean and spacious. AC is strong. Furniture is solid; kind of old, but not cheap. Front desk is very nice. Highly recommended.

地下鉄から10分弱の居心地のいいホテル

西湖、地下鉄から徒歩10分程度の静かな環境です。朝食も美味しく頂きました。また、利用したいです

立地は西湖と河坊街の中間地点くらいで、モバイクが使えればとても便利です。駅からは歩くと15分くらいかかると思います。若干離れてはいますが、朝ごはんに良いお店などもあるので、散策しながら歩くのもなかなかよかったです。 コメントにあった通り、フロントは英語がわかるスタッフがおり、部屋にはドラム式(5kgくらい)の洗濯乾燥機がついていました。 部屋も綺麗、チェックイン前に一旦荷物を預けたのですが、その際もとても良い対応をしていただきました。 夜は前の細い通りに夜市が出ており、ローカル感も楽しめます。 また、ホテルのすぐ前〜西湖〜茶叶博物馆行きのバス(しかも始発)が出ていて、とても便利です。 私が行ったのはちょうど労働節の連休で、途中から乗ると絶対に座れなかったので大変助かりました（西湖近辺からは満員でバスが止まらないほどでした）。 また杭州に行く際は使いたいと思います。

Simple hotel, far from subway

The hotel is quite a way from the nearest subway station, and I couldn't find any bus to the hotel. Also, there seems to be some street market in front of the hotel at night!

Close to subway and west lake

Hotel is quite a distance from the longxiangqiao subway, about 10 to 15 mins walk. It's actually a condo with a small kitchenette and quite spacious. About 15 to 20 mins walk to west lake. Quite convenient. There are eateries and convenience stores nearby.

Convenient apartment hotel in near west lake.

Big room, clean. There are only a few choices for breakfast but enough for a quick meal. Location is near west lake, can walk to the west lake. There is street market in front of the hotel in the evening. Airport bus stop is only 100 meters from the hotel, so convenient.
