Excellent location brilliant staff

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

This was my first time staying at GLK Hotel in Istanbul, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Salah at the front desk, who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed on our first arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated in a quieter part of Istanbul’s Old City. The Blue Mosque is within walking distance, along with many of the other key tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We booked a...

Everything was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern and the compliments gifts such as chocolates, cakes and snacks made my stay feel extra special and personalised. The staff were all very friendly and amazing - special thanks to doorman Ozgur who helped us when we checked out as our taxi was late and accompanied us for the whole time. The breakfast was high quality and had a large selection and the pool and spa were top quality and felt very luxurious. Plus, the convenience of having...

It boasts a rooftop terrace and has its own renowned chef Mrs. Esra Tonelli who won Mastercook. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and are so helpful. Overall an...

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is beautifully designed and well planned with every amenity we needed for our stay. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many other tourist spots. Tram line is also very close by. Staff went the extra mile and were available 24hrs a day to help us with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely use Fer again.

They were warm, pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel and Engin was more than happy to help plan my itinerary on days I made few plans. Hussein was equally as hospitable when booking my itinerary. I really cannot fault my stay at Emerald Mansion Hotel; it’s clean, new, comfortable and within striking distance to Sultanahmet Square where you can...
