The location close to a metro station and great food choices were pluses. I really enjoyed the onsen in the basement of the hotel. Used it everyday sometimes twice a day. Super clean and large. "Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. All amenities. We stayed in largish twin rooms next to each other. Only minor point is there was no connecting door. Also our room didn’t have a great view. Hotel beds are comfortable. Water is complementary and have coffee maker. All in all a good stay and great value too. "

"This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "
