"Stayed there for 3 nights in July'21. Good hotel. We got a very spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel staff and service was good. Food options at hotel were limited, but reasonably good. Only wish - better hot water supply in the bathroom, and better quality bathroom furnishings would have made it an excellent stay. Overall, a nice hotel run by non-professionals who try to make your stay very comfortable"

"Apple Orchard was doing some renovations and construction when I stayed there but I still had a very comfortable stay. It is a great place to acclimatize because it is lower altitude than Leh, so I went straight to Ulleytokpo after flying to Leh. They had delicious healthy food and a comfortable room. After acclimatizing I took some long walks to nearby monasteries that also helped with further acclimatizing, and they had helpful advice on how to catch the bus back to Leh. "I had an incredible 4 day stay at Leh Stumpa. The establishment is run by a very caring and loving family. I was well taken care of for any needs I had right from accessories to arranging taxis and transportation. Despite so many food options nearby I exclusively stuck to their fresh delicious home made breakfast and dinner (even though my stay rate didn’t originally include those) which had new options daily.
