"Fantastic experience! Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views of the mountains on the balcony. The personell were very helpful with taxi bookings and all other things. I happened to forget my headphones at the hotel, at which the hotel owner personally delivered them to me at the airport. Great service at a great hotel."

"This resort was wonderful, well managed and clean. Although not in the very centre of tourist Leh, it's still not far and it's worth it. Beautiful wooden buildings in the trees, then set in the mountains. A wonderful experience."

"このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。
はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。
部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。
何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！"

"Poorly designed toilets. There was a nail sticking up from the floor near the bathroom which is dangerous. Food was mediocre at best.
Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful.."
