"The Inn is in perfect location. Rooms are large and uncluttered. Easy to move around in. Walk right to Niagara Falls Park, illumination of falls, Goat Island, even can walk to border and cross. The Inn does have steps to some rooms even though ours was on 'first' floor. And this is an old inn...so unstable footing throughout. No hand rails by steps leading to our room. If you have mobility issues be aware. And no one around to help with luggage. Front desk staff not impressive but The wait staff in bar and restaurant are wonderful. They work so hard. Kim, Kevin and another lady were amazing at serving us while juggling many other tables too. Restaurant meals were good. We made our own tour arrangements. We tried to to use Red coach conciege/staff but they kept dropping the ball, no response, etc. The location and charm of Red Coach inn make this a good choice."

"Es lugar muy cómodo, me gustó mucho la vista de mi habitación , el desayuno aunque limitado , lo que había estaba muy rico, el aire acondicionado 1000/1000 , lo único que solo polen 2 toallas grandes y mi reserva era para 4 personas, súper cerca del parque para andar caminando y luego llega a descansar"

"he price displayed on Expedia was not the final total. When I arrived for check-in, I discovered there was an unexpected additional fee of 23.71 and a parking fee of 19.95. Expedia did not mention these charges, which came as quite a surprise. The staff didn't inform us that the coffee in the lobby was complimentary; I discovered that on my own. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, complete with a microwave and a refrigerator. Food options around the area are very expensive, so I recommend bringing some frozen or refrigerated foods of your own."
