"Understaffed, person working front desk was also working in Bar and waiting tables in restaurant. Rooms are in need of an upgrade but our room was clean. When providing information for this hotel, please note there is no elevator and one has to take their bags to their rooms with no help, in addition for seniors, the toilets are very low, the shower may be difficult to get in and out of and the beds are higher than the average and may be difficult to get in to. Great location though and breakfast was very good."

"My review is mixed. We had a corner room with great views. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was very walkable to the falls and near by plenty of restaurants and a park. The lobby - which was HUGE smell horribly of smoke. I hated having to go through there to get to the elevator, go to the stores or restaurants in the resort. We are not smokers - and it was bad enough that I will choose a different hotel next time around. Also - one came to clean our room during our 3 night stay. No garbage was emptied, no towels replaced etc. Don’t really care about not changing the towels - but our little waste paper baskets were full and overflowing. Not the best experience with room care."

"Great location, comfortable beds, and decently clean room . Property looks like it needs a good renovation. Dirty , marks all over walls & water marks on ceilings. Breakfast was gross and not cleaned well between users and in a very grungy looking basement floor."

"Our room was filthy with hair all over the bathroom floor. There was old food on the tables, old splatters on bathroom and hotel walls that looked gross and didn’t want to identify. I didn’t even want to go check the pool"
