As I have stayed in many hotels I can say confidently Sheerwood Suites is one of the very top hotels. My room was extremely clean. Staffs were super helpful, warm, polite and professional. Their attention to details at top level to ensure your max comfortability. They made sure to wear indoor slipper when enter to your room. They helped with your luggages. Great hotel. A bit crowded outside the street and almost always have traffic jam in the afternoon. The room is superb but tiny bit small for 3 person

We had a fabulous room, number 317, with a terrace and direct access to swimming pool. We paid extra for this room but it was well worth it. We were involved in a robbery whilst in the city. The hotel were great. They took us to the police station with a translator so we could complete all necessary forms. We ate in both restaurants and enjoyed all food sampled. Service was great, staff lovely.

Hotel is fantastic in every way. I stayed in the residence, which have really nice apartments. Hotel was opened I think less than 2 years ago so everything looks brand new. The location could not be better in the heart of the city. The staff are outstanding. This hotel is highly recommended.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Sheraton Saigon. In fact it was two one-night stays, with a night in between spent in a different location. One night I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was excellent. A very clean and comfortable hotel, right in the centre of town. Walking to the Notre Dame church and post office took around 3 minutes, and maybe another 5 minutes walk to the market. All in all, a great hotel in a central location.

Our stay here was perfect and I would thoroughly recommend it as your base when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. First time in Vietnam and I was really glad that I chose this hotel. Everyone was really nice and the room was spacious, bright and clean. AC was great and much needed after a hot day outside. When I arrived by Grab, the guys rushed out to grab my suitcase and then I got a welcome drink and ginger jam (dried ginger)which taste awesome. The lobby is beautiful and we found the location ideal. We used Grab taxis to go everywhere, They were very cheap. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of food. The pool was accessible, as the hotel catered for a lot of business men, it was never busy and adequate sunbeds. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing. The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...

Good location

We had an amazing stay at Lantern! The staff are so kind and helpful, they wash clothes for free and have a free sim service for loan. They can’t do enough for you! The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge and free water. Air con, comfortable bed, and right in the heart of the city, without being too noisy at night. Perfect stay! Such good value for money. We will definitely stay again.
