"Hotel is run down. AC worked some of the time. Paint chipped, floor dirty. Location is right next to the pier but the beach is a drop off down and harder to get to. No rentals for fishing available in the area. Valet parking only on site, so be prepared to pay $60 to the hotel plus tip everytime ..."
