"We were exhausted after having spent two days waiting to board airplanes that never left the airport. Our courtesy shuttle driver provided a warm and welcoming introduction to what we discovered from the rest of the hotel’s staff. Check in was easy and quick. Because we hadn’t had a real sit-down meal during our nightmare airport experiences, it was a pleasant surprise to find a small restaurant in the lobby. We enjoyed our showers in the spacious bathroom in our room and slept well and comfortably."
