Our stay was very comfortable. I would stay there again. Some trouble with air conditioning/fan, but the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Street noise woke me up a couple times with the windows open but other than that it was a lovely stay.

It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. Would recommend it to anybody else

Hotel was okay, price was good for New York. Room felt a little dark and could hear a lot of noise from surrounding apartments. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Sign on the fridge not to cook eggs or meat, personally don’t agree with this. Overall, the stay was okay.

The place is located in the east village . Close to a shake shack and the subway is a few blocks away. From the outside its a just a small door which leads to a nice zen like environment. The room was large nice comfy bed and clean and quiet If you want a place thats away from all the craziness then this is a good choice ! I'd stay there again !

I liked the size of the this property and the staff was super friendly. The dish washer wasn't working during our stay and the hot water lever in the shower kept slowly sliding the the hotter side. Not normally an issue but you could burn yourself with the water! Just an fyi. Overall this place was great and I would stay again.

Hidden treasure in LES. Stayed here with a good friend visiting the city . I live in Brooklyn but staying in Manhattan just for a few days saved us the travel thru the subway . We had a very late check in and Mario was so helpful and prompt in our inquiry . Gave us clear instructions . The room/accommodation was such a real surprise! It was huge , super clean , and comfy beds, and the gave us a room with kitchen ! Wished we stayed longer ! Staff was so helpful and friendly ! Highly recommended especially for a family . And oh , staying here made me feel weird coz it’s soooo quiet lol . Never felt I was actually in Manhattan ! If I could give more than max stars to rate I would ! Much better stay than any 5 star hotels !😜

Absolutely superb and extremely accommodating! Mario, the GM is a phenomenal communicator and the rooms were spotless. A quiet little haven tucked away in a busy city. There is so much to do in this area and it’s only a 6 minute walk to the subway. Bustling day and night. Katz’s Deli is only about 3-4 blocks away.

We loved it! It was a fabulous place to stay! Incredibly clean and spacious. Far larger than any hotel room plus a kitchen. Only two floors. Three of us stayed here comfortably but we easily could have had 2-3 more people with us. Great, friendly communication. Location is good- about 15 minute walk to subway station.

The room was very clean and spacious. Initially I was hesitant about the location since I haven't visited NY in years but it was within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants.

Wow, I have so many positive & wonderful things to say about my stay here! The staff was an absolute pleasure and very punctual with responsiveness. The room was clean and had an adorable balcony right outside our door. It was a very spacious studio with a big kitchen - more than enough room for my fiancee and I. Extremely quiet, relaxing and again super clean. 10 out of 10 - would highly recommend. Thank you Mario & staff!

Great place to stay! Room condition was great, accessible for a wheelchair. Helpful staff. Lots of things within walking distance, little Italy, chinatown, lots of bars, restaurants and 2 markets. I suggest parking in the garage on 109 Essex, hard to find street parking and it’s a tight fit to load/unload in front of the hotel especially if you have a ramp for a wheelchair.

Nothing they be having a party almost every day and smoking you have Family that is not the place to stay ,that manager he did try his best but the people staying at this location was something else

Hi! Thank you for the review. We truly apologize for your distasteful experience with us. There is a wave of parties happening in hotels around city. We're not alone. We have since put in place a series of stricter requirements, guidelines as well as a cash damage deposit in order to curtail this kind of behavior. Definitely not what we stand for.
