Room was clean and today. Staff was super accommodating as we arrived very early prior to check in. They did allow for us to check in for a fee, but we were super tired and well worth the $60 fee. They also allowed for us to do a late check out as well. Only downside for me was lack of a gym on site.

Location is the best. A quiet street just off the main drag and an amazing breakfast place adjacent to property. Only feedback is more light is needed in the room, specifically in the coffee making station. Everything else was excellent especially the helpful staff who went above and beyond when we needed help.
