The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice! The rooftop patio was a great option for seeing the city and relaxing in the cooler evenings. It was walkable and offers easy and secure parking options as well!

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking they charge me 59 dollars a day for parking & the area they park my car at was 5 dollars a day so they rip me off wen I could of just walk my car to that area smh

The front desk staff weren’t very efficient nor helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned as scheduled (our other party’s room wasn’t either) and so we had to go ask for new towels. Breakfast options were nice! Parking deck was PRICEY but there was a cheap parking lot a block behind the hotel.

Very nice stay

I went for business with 2 work friends. It was very clean, spacious and the beds weee comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and the bathroom was very clean. We also enjoyed the views from the roof! We would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was not only immaculate but also incredibly comfortable, making it a true delight. The property is well located. Close to many attractions. If you have a car, parking through the hotel is expensive (better try apps which will give you more affordable options). The staff was courteous and attentive. The breakfast is just ok. The room was comfortable and spacious although the bathroom needs some handrails to accommodate guest with mobility issues.

The hotel was one of the cheaper options and was in walking distance to restaurants and attractions, although other hotels were closer. They had transportation options. Staff was never rude, but the hotel couldn’t provide extra pillows or blankets for several days. They had wiring issues, which was still a problem when they moved us to another room. We couldn’t turn all the lights off at night. The toilet was always running and the curtain was broken so we couldn’t enjoy the view. The shower was huge but the water pressure was not.

The only hip up was the bugs - it was only two; however, that was not good. It made us think about my next stay. I did tell the lady at check out (Fannie).

The only inconvenience for others would be that you have to walk 2 blocks to the parking lot if you are traveling by car. We didn’t mind. The rooftop view of the city is nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had everything. That was my favorite. Kendrick was so helpful.

The room accommodations were very basic. The queen beds felt more like full size beds with simple sheets and a simple bed cover. The lounge chair in the room was old and dirty. There wasn't a closet to store clothing and luggage away but rather a standard sized armoire. The views from the room were nice and there was a good breakfast selection. The property was allegedly pet friendly but there was no grass anywhere in the surrounding area to accommodate walking a dog. The property was in the downtown area where there is no grass. I think they said pet friendly just to reel in more paying cutomers to the hotel. The $40+ tax self parking is located off site around two blocks away because there is no parking area at the hotel. The valet parking for $59+ tax is only the 3/4 parking spots on the curb immediately in front of the hotel. My stay wasn't worth the price I paid! This hotel should invest in upgrading the rooms and amenities to ensure the stays for the customers are more pleasant and enjoyable!
