This hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of everything but far enough it is quieter at night. The breakfast is amazing and the night reception is also convenient. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good with a nice variety of foods. The reson for 4 stars instead of 5 is there was no shampoo and conditioner in the shower, the containers were on the wall but empty, body wash was half full. Overall a very nice place to stay. Very clean and friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff! We had such a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites in New Orleans! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Everyone was so helpful and made us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the evening happy hour! It was such a nice bonus to our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I can't say enough good things about the hotel and its amazing staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love NOLA. However our stay at The Embassy Suites needed improvement. The beds were very comfortable. The television did not work and was never repaired. We did not receive housekeeping one day. The breakfast offerings need improvement. If you did not arrive before 8:30 a.m., there was no fresh cut fruit. The juice machine was broken for two days. The hotel seems understaffed. I went to the kitchen door to get ice for my sister.

Embassy Suites is a good value with breakfast & afternoon drinks & snacks included in the room price. We didn't use any of the amenities, but have in other facilities & always in good repair. The staff & manager Marvin were very helpful. The hotel is about 20 min. walk from French Quarter & in a very quiet area. Great for sleeping. No sirens or loud music to keep you awake. The hop on&off bus, has a stop 5 min. walk at next corner. River Front Mall 1 block away, as is the riverfront trolley. Very convenient location.

The hotel is older and definitely could use some updating. The carpets in the hallways were noticeably stained and could use some attention. Our room was nice and comfortable, although the bathroom was extremely small. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. Overall, we had a decent stay, but some updates to the hotel and improvements to the common areas would make a big difference.
