"Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. "This was the single most horrendous travel experience I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot for my job! Firstly I was asked to pay for early check in (this is ok as I understand this can be an inconvenience).
