"2nd time we've stayed here and we love it - first year our room was in the older property across the little alleyway and that was amazing, this year we were in the main hotel, the room was a little small but still very clean and comfortable - the staff are lovely and you can't beat the location!"

"Apartment hotels are the way to go! The only issue with this particular hotel is you cannot check in between 12 pm and 5 pm as the desk is not manned. If you want to check in during this time you have to let them know and you will be charged an additional fee. The door is locked and there is then nowhere to store luggage during this time either. We lucked out and arrived just before noon and were able to store our luggage, but then had to wander around until 5pm. There has to be a better way!"

"The room was clean, modern and featured a large TV. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The excellent bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was 15 euros per person but well worth it with a good choice of items. Hot food featured, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Unlike many hotels there were numerous coffee machines so no queues. The modern reception featured a bar which was open late. The hotel was located in a quiet area an easy 5 minute walk from Petite Venice."
