"We stayed here while visiting Europa-Park. The place was much bigger than expected. The appliances are very new and everything was clean. There is no lobby (not a hotel) so you should call to coordinate checkin. Process was smooth and the staff are extremely nice. The balcony and AC are an extra bonus. TIP: if coming from Germany keep in mind that there is a ferry to transport your vehicle so include this in your schedule as you might have to wait a few minutes to cross."

"The bed was most uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle, and rather low. Outside the room were some bait boxes, probably for mice. The communal shower wasnt the best, only one per floor, but the toilet, also only one per floor, was clean and spacy. The hotel is situated in a rather run down neighbourhood which makes walking there after dark rather scary. However, the staff was wonderful and the price is cheap compared to other hotels in Strasbough."
