Clean rooms comfort stay helpful staff

Convenient location - close to the city. Expedia Gold rewards don't really work - no upgrade at check in in spite of availability.

The hotel premises were amazing, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the à la carte dinner options. However, the hotel management should focus on improving room service, as we experienced delays and a lack of responsiveness.

The tents look great but are also really practical and have everything you need. The staff were really helpful and kind, sorting out camel safari, giving us valuable insights into the area and arranging onward travel. The location is on the edge of Pushka, only a 15 min walk or 5 min tuktuk to the centre. The cable car is only a few minutes away and the camels are across the road. The cafe is top notch, excellent service and a really good menu, we had a lovely meal and drinks on the balcony and...

The breakfast wasn’t special, but nice place. I would stay again.

Good stay

Stayed in exotic villa and it was a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool(3ft depth). Service was amazing and food was made per our taste. Worth a visit with family.
