"Perfect"

"A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door). We enjoyed the buffet food, unlimited ice cream, and all sorts of drinks and snacks peppered around the lobby floor. They just look after you very well here. If you have kids, I definitely recommend staying here for a few days while exploring Hakone and enjoying the onsens. We will come back again. "

"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

"Staff was amazing and so helpful. Our room was clean and the meals were excellent. The location is also excellent - perfect for boarding the pirate sightseeing cruise and the bus stop is across the street. Quiet and lovely!"
