Excellent hotel Very happy

All good,

Clean room, courteous and efficient staff, centrally located, good breakfast.

Excellent

Not the biggest 5 star hotel in Ahmedabad but the best in terms of customer service. The service you receive from reception to restaurant to conceige is A1. Hyatt and Novotel might have more facilities but I prefer this hotel just cos they treat you as a valuable guest.

If you want to eat dinner or lunch at the restaurant in the hotel make sure you place your order in advance! We had to wait nearly 45 minutes...
