There were mosquitoes and my party and I waited for almost an hour before realising part of our order was not keyed in. It was a super disappointing experience for my party which included my CEO. And afterwards, the hotel sent hotel merchandise like a scarf, etc, to some of us to make up for the poor service and I did not receive anything. This is again a very inconsistent and inconsiderate service. "
