Our stay at this exceptional establishment was truly remarkable. From its upscale ambiance to its impressive amenities, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The breakfast offered was of the highest quality, and what truly stood out was the incredible team, led by Nicolo. Their warm welcome and invaluable guidance on local attractions in and around Naples greatly enhanced our experience (and every recommendation they provided turned out to be on point).

Really nice property, the perfect place to stay in Naples for a few days. Room was spotless and shower was amazing! Breakfast was exactly wha was needed to set you up for the day, Bruno was a star, made check in seamless, had great suggestions for things to do and where to eat, organised a taxi to airport. Felt safe as a solo traveller, walkable to all the key sites, close to the metro. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed the couple of days I spent at Orsini46. Manuela is very welcoming and gave me some great recommendations for places to visit (the Duomo was definitely a highlight). I had the Procida room which was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want, and a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast choices are really nice and brought to your room at your chosen time (even out of hours when I had to leave early to get to the airport which was very much...

A fabulous welcome, with a drink and snacks. The property has a wonderful roof terrace where breakfast is served, and views all around.
All staff were friendly and helpful and offered help with taxis and restaurants if needed.
Don’t be alarmed by the appearance of the street, the whole of Naples is like this! The rooms are very well kept, air conditioned quiet and relaxing, and a working fridge was a welcome addition.
We would highly recommend this place and definitely return if we are...

This is a small B&B on the 6th floor of an old, characterful residential building (there is a lift, with a small charge at some times of the day). We arrived very late and had trouble finding the place in the dark because there is no sign outside and we didn't realise the street numbers are high up on the walls, but our hostess kindly came down to meet us. The street is narrow but busy, and on Saturday night there was quite a lot of noise (which would be the same anywhere in central Naples). The...

Rafaele and Serafina were really welcoming hosts. Nothing was too much for them. I was in the smaller of the two rooms but it was plenty big enough, and bigger than most hotel rooms. Breakfasts were excellent and Rafaele was always on hand to give tips on places I wanted to visit. I have just had a fantastic holiday thanks to them so my advice, go for it, you won't regret it!

An excellent location for exploring Naples. Very central but very quiet at night too. Special thanks to Anastasia who went above and beyond, organised transfers, explained the metro system, great breakfast, cups of tea and made the place feel like home each day

Stay September 3 to 7th 2026. Room was very clean and of good standard. Air conditioning in the works well as room was very cool considering that temperature outside was tipping 37 degree when we were there. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in Napoli and would recommend.

It was a great pleasure for us to stay at this excellent hotel in Naples.
We had been accommodated in a very beautiful, modern and comfortable room with a view of Castel Sant Elmo. The room, the bathroom and the whole property were impeccably clean and maintained. The hotel is located in Chiaia, which is in the best part of Naples in our opinion.
The girls at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by their professional attitude.

The hotel was great. In a central location, but quite in the room.
The breakfast was exceptional and the staff all so friendly and helpful.
The room was a good size for the 4 of us too.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, answering any questions we had about getting around or places to eat. Lots of scooters and mopeds around which can travel at speed around the back streets, but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. We stayed for just three nights, visiting Pompeii and Sorrento. Easy to get to both places. Hotel is brilliantly located for shopping & access to the Metro. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be the bread at breakfast. Pieces were very small and...

We are absolutely delighted with our stay here! We were upgraded to a comfort room and it was really very comfortable! Good working air conditioner during an intense heat wave, comfortable bed, new and spacious bathroom with chromatic light effects, excellent working wifi, and facilities for basic cooking and washing up. If there are 6 stars I would give it to Grand Hotel Vesuvio. It has old world charm and elegance with amazing staff that were professional, kind and friendly. The roof top for sunset apertivo is AMAZING. The bedding was top rate, something I am very fussy about. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
