We had a great one night stay. Lovely comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. There was a nice gym on site even though we didn't use it, we went in a wished we had packed out gym clothes.

Hotel staff were really pleasant and helpful, managed to find Premier LEague football match for me in the bar which was ideal. Rooms clean, recently re-furbed I think. Only downside is the breakfast is served from a cafe/bar area so not fresh cooked breakfasts. Just heated up toasties/sandwiches, or continental style food. Edible for a couple of days but not for a week. Shuttle bus also handy to take you to local places.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Having the use of the pool was a lovely addition. It was well placed to access Naperville and not too far from Chicago itself. We would stay again!

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast with good hot food selection included. Next to railway station for trains to downtown Chicago. Restaurant/Brewhouse next door to hotel but not open every night. Other places available nearby, 5 minute walk to Hollywood Casino.

Great location from O’Hare airport (about 10 minute taxi ride) and great location to the L-Train (Rosemont - about 15 minute walk away). Staff were super helpful and kind! Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options.

Great experience from start to finish. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fantastic - I used this multiple times during my stay to both get to the airport to use the L train to get into the city and to then get back to the hotel afterwards. The shuttle runs every 30 mins and the drivers are really friendly and helpful. In particular Bob who was quite a character and a joy to chat with. The suites themselves are fantastic - spacious and have everything you need - the bed was comfy and...
