The staff were very friendly about this and waived the destination (this charge was not listed on Hotels.com) and parking fees. The room we received was an accessible one with two double beds instead of a King. This was a reasonable accomodation. The rooms could use updating, but the other aspects of the resort were top notch. The firepits and morning coffee were particularly appreciated."
