The sound in the area was challenging, trash trucks and leaf blowers with upstairs heavy walkers,... like I expressed to the staff I would not return to stay on the first floor of the plaza building again. walls are too thin. "

"We stayed at the two-bedroom suites for two nights and the room was clean and well decorated with modern touch. The people there from house cleaning lo the way to the front desk and valets are amazing. "

"I was disappointed that my room did not have a balcony as I expected. I did not expect to have one of the rooms that has a balcony overlooking the river, but I at least expected a balcony with a "city" view. After initially moving into my room, I checked the property's website my room and, indeed, there is a picture showing a balcony. It appears that some Kings have a balcony and some do not. I recommended that their website be updated to distinguish between the two types of rooms. I brought this up to the front desk staff, and they were able to move me to a King room with a balcony. I must say though, they could have "knocked it out of the park" by moving me to a room with a balcony onto the river (mine looked out onto the parking lot). I want to specifically call out Marisol who is the person who checked me in and then followed up on my situation later in my stay. "
