"Everything was great just had an issue trying to call front desk to bring items we were out of to our room and staff saying no one is on phone when we went to desk with no apologies. Leaking fridge in our room which had soaked carpet and appeared to have been leaking for sometime. So just a couple small inconveniences that were disappointing for price we were paying. But we did enjoy hotel it had a really nice outside area to relax after a day of enjoying Nantucket! And it was walkable to town no need to rent car or bikes. We found Lyft to be cheapest way to get to further out locations."

"The Nantucket Inn was a pleasant surprise. From the outside, the property definitely shows its age, but the rooms have been nicely updated and were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re flying in or out of Nantucket, as it’s right next to the airport. There were a few drawbacks. Our room was located three courtyard sections away from the check-in area and required climbing an older set of exterior stairs to reach the second floor. My mother uses a cane, and despite our request, the hotel was unable to accommodate her with a first-floor room, which was disappointing and made getting to and from the room more challenging than expected. The decks, walkways, and stairs could also use some attention, as they felt rough and showed their age. That said, the room itself was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall stay was pleasant. While it may not be the most polished property on the island, The Nantucket Inn offers good value, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. I’d consider it a solid backup option for a future Nantucket trip."

"We had a fabulous stay here! The staff was absolutely amazing with a special shout out to Omelia for being so good to us! The breakfast was perfect, we rented bikes and beach chairs complimentary from the front desk and a man was able to help with luggage up and down the stairs. There is a bar and restaurant below “The Tap Room” which made for a very convenient and entertaining end of the night cocktail. Greg and Megan were great bartenders! Our room was clean and every day they organized anything we took off hangers and or tidied up loose clothes. Its proximity to the Main Street is about 4 “baby baby blocks” and just a perfect spot to walk to town and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend this place, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff! We had the best time!"

"What an amazing experience from beginning to end. This resort is definitely worth the money. Amazing views. Awesome access to a bay on one side and the ocean on the other. We practically had the beaches to ourselves. And the afternoon port wine and cheese is relaxing and a great social hour to learn more about others and all that the island has to offer. And the resort staff are all awesome. They are not only knowledgeable, but caring. They literally go out of their way to help you, regardless if they are currently busy. I hope the owners (Karps) read this review and are aware that you can have a great set of programs like they currently do, but it is their current staff and management that takes their resort "over the top." Captain Rob, the tour guide is a historian and navigator of the island. And Sean Burpee, their manager of the Wauwinet, really works with you to get the type of experience(s) you want while you are at their resort. They are nothing short of outstanding and I hope that if they ever receive offers from other programs that the owners will match those offers and increase their salaries to keep these amazing people in place so that the program does not suffer. These people know exactly how to make you have the experience of a lifetime. This place and all the staff are easily an 11/10."
